The selection including value-added tax at Ikea means that the prices displayed on the products already include the tax. This makes it easier for customers to know the total cost of the item they are purchasing without having to calculate the tax separately. It provides transparency and convenience for customers, as they can see the final price upfront. **

The direction of the wind depends on the location of the observer. In general, a west wind blows from the west to the east, while an east wind blows from the east to the west. In the Northern Hemisphere, a west wind typically brings milder and moister air, while an east wind can bring colder and drier air. In the Southern Hemisphere, the opposite is true. The specific effects of west and east winds can vary depending on local geography and weather patterns. **

The value resulting from dividing the tangential speed of a wind turbine by the wind speed represents the tip-speed ratio. This ratio indicates how efficiently the wind turbine is capturing energy from the wind. A higher tip-speed ratio means the turbine is operating at a more optimal speed, while a lower ratio may indicate that the turbine is not capturing as much energy as it could. Therefore, the tip-speed ratio is an important factor in evaluating the performance of a wind turbine. **

The network selection may not be working due to a variety of reasons such as a weak signal strength, network congestion, incorrect network settings, or a faulty SIM card. It is also possible that the device is out of range of any available networks or there may be an issue with the network provider itself. Troubleshooting steps such as restarting the device, checking the SIM card, or manually selecting a network may help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, contacting the network provider or seeking technical support may be necessary. **

Yes, you can use upwind in sailing and other wind-powered activities. When sailing upwind, the boat is angled into the wind in order to catch it and move forward. By using the wind's force against the sails, the boat can make progress against the wind. Skilled sailors can navigate upwind by tacking back and forth across the wind direction to make headway in the desired direction. **

To turn off automatic network selection on your device, you can typically go to the settings menu, then look for the "Network" or "Connections" section. From there, you should be able to find an option to manually select a network or disable automatic network selection. By choosing to manually select a network, you can control which network your device connects to. This can be useful when you want to avoid connecting to certain networks or prefer to choose a specific network for better performance. **

Wind-up cars work by storing energy in a spring mechanism when the user winds up the car by turning a key or a knob. As the spring unwinds, it releases the stored energy, which is then transferred to the wheels of the car, causing them to turn and propelling the car forward. The more tightly the spring is wound up, the more energy is stored, and the faster and farther the car will travel. **
